Guest rh Posted December 14, 2011 at 01:36 PM Report Share Posted December 14, 2011 at 01:36 PM If a motion to approve ends in a tie vote, my understanding is that this means that the motion fails. First of all, is that correct?Second of all, if it is correct, is the request itself denied as a result, or is there room for other motions to be made and voted upon (motion to approve with conditions, motion to defer, etc.)?Thanks!
