David A Foulkes Posted December 14, 2011 at 08:08 PM Report Share Posted December 14, 2011 at 08:08 PM Can someone direct me to the proper location in RR that explains questioning a decision of the chair? For starters, you should take a read of Sections 23 & 24, on Point of Order and Appeal, respectively. You'll want to be sure you've got the 11th Edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised in hand. Now, what do you really mean by "decision of the chair?"
