Posting of minutes

Do minutes of a board meeting, when posted on a bulletin board, are they required to be the approved minutes or can they be pending - not yet approved - minutes? Which is the correct way to post them? Thank you.

RONR makes no requirement to post the minutes - approved or not. However, if the minutes have not yet been approved at a subsequent meeting of the board, it is best to clearly indicate that the unapproved minutes posted are a *draft* (or perhaps *pending approval*) only. They aren't THE minutes until approved.
