Which is the correct way to post them? Thank you.RONR makes no requirement to post the minutes - approved or not. However, if the minutes have not yet been approved at a subsequent meeting of the board, it is best to clearly indicate that the unapproved minutes posted are a *draft* (or perhaps *pending approval*) only.
