If they were willing to meet, they could accept the resignations one by one, and fill the vacancies as they go (assuming the board has authority to fill vacancies). If they refuse to attend meetings, the board has become non-functional.Are there any provisions (in the bylaws) for calling a special meeting of the membership which elects the board?
