It was mentioned to me that a Roberts Rule states if a appointed board memeber does not show for certain amount of meetings consecutive that certain consqeuences could be approched by the board. Certain board memeber has failed to show up and expect to be included in voting and other ares - this is a VP postitonI am part of a Non profit and we are using the Roberts Rules but I can not find anywhere this is stated.If you can help me I would apprecite it.
