Sean Hunt Posted March 28, 2012 at 07:20 PM Report Share Posted March 28, 2012 at 07:20 PM I recall it being discussed here that if the assembly is unsatisfied with a ruling made on Appeal at a later session, then it is in order to apply Amend Something Previously Adopted to the Appeal, and change the assembly's ruling (not with retroactive effect, of course). But p. 305, ll. 28-31 says that it may be applied only to a main motion. Is my recollection wrong?
