Does the name of a board member making a "nay" vote have to be recorded in the minutes?

The vote was a voice vote with the question called about accepting a proposed person to fulfill an unexpired term of a board member who had to resign due to health reasons. All board members were present, a motion made and seconded to accept the nomination; all voted yes with one nay. Does his name have to be put in the minutes as a "no" vote?
