Guest Barb Posted May 10, 2012 at 06:32 PM Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 at 06:32 PM Our organization made a motion to donate money to an organization. Since then, we found that it is illegal for our group to do that so the motion is void. How do you handle it in the minutes and at the next meeting? There's nothing, parliamentarily, wrong with that.Assuming the donation hasn't already been made, you can make a motion to rescind the motion.
