If someone is telling you that such a rule exists (somewhere), it's up to them to show you where it is.Per RONR, only members have a right to attend meetings. It doesn't matter whether they're male or female. If all the members are male, then females would have no right to attend meetings. But that's because they're not members, not because they're female.But, since you're referring to a "political" group, you may be subject to other laws.
