Guest MLS84115 Posted August 3, 2012 at 05:25 PM Report Share Posted August 3, 2012 at 05:25 PM Do we need to hold two separate Board meetings or can we run them concurrently if; Company A owns Company B 100% and we have the same Board members discussing the same agenda? Or do we adjourn Company A's Board meeting and open Company B's Board meeting only to move, second and pass a resolution adopting all that took place during Company A's Board meeting? Thank you. Tim Wynn Posted August 3, 2012 at 05:28 PM Report Share Posted August 3, 2012 at 05:28 PM RONR doesn't provide for holding a single meeting of two separate bodies, even if those bodies are made up of the same individual members.

Pretty much because it's not even contemplated. (Getting just one meeting at a time right is tall order enough.)
