Member Expulsion - What Do Your By-Laws Say???

We have a situation where member 'A' has used explicit language towards member 'B' on a few occasions as well as being somewhat hostile.

Our By-Laws has a process, which is being followed.

My question is...what is the process others are following? I'm always looking to improve upon what we currently have, ensuring the By-Laws are fair to all involved as well as the club.

Well, here's the thing -- this forum exists for the purposeful discussion of Robert's Rules of Order. So I'm just going to say that you aren't likely to get a profitable discussion of bylaws going here. Now, if you have a question about RONR......

Of course, you can read what RONR's process is in Chapter 20. Presumably "many" associations follow that if 1) they don't have a process of their own in their bylaws and 2) they pay attention to RONR in the first place.

But this is the absolute best forum for addressing (if not always resolving) confusion about RONR. So, as we used to say down home, don't be a stranger. If nothing else, you'll be introduced to an interesting cast of characters.
