Generally, if "Robert's" controls there needs to be some sort of bylaw or superior rule or statute that provides for doing business in the manner you have described. Only members of the board have a right to attend board meetings. Others may be invited as the board wishes.2. All meetings are "in-person" meetings.Those are Robert's Rules.
