Need to vote on an emergency budget.Check your bylaws to see if special ("called") meetings are authorized. If not, you can't have them. If they are, the bylaws should also stipulate the details (e.g. by whom and how they are called). If your bylaws are short on the details, you'll at least have to notify all members a reasonable time in advance. And be specific about the nature of the "emergency". Need to vote on an emergency budget.A called meeting is also known as a Special Meeting. Such a meeting can only be held if so authorized in the bylaws or a higher governing document.
