Guest Phil Posted February 17, 2013 at 02:14 AM Report Share Posted February 17, 2013 at 02:14 AM We have a board member who wishes to change his vote. We had our board vote via email and this individual caled the Exec Dir. and said he wanted to change his vote before the voting was official. Is he required to emial his vote change to the Exec Direct and or the Presifent?

The subject is only touched on briefly in RONR.RONR does discuss voting by mail, however, and the proper procedure in that case is for the member to mail in his new vote to whoever collects the votes (which is normally the Secretary, but perhaps your rules provide otherwise), so that might be used as guidance if your rules are silent.
