Does everything a committe or group wants to accomplish have to documented in its bylaws or procedures?


My audit committee wants to meet with the finance team and give them some feed back. The finance team doesn’t include the recording secretary per the bylaws(we are in the process of correcting this so it will not be an issue in the future.)  The audit committee feels as she is responsible for signing off on vouchers and the filing of any state and IRS documents files for the 501 c 3, she should be included in f any meeting where the audit results/findings are given.
