Guest Ginny Posted September 8, 2014 at 01:55 AM Report Share Posted September 8, 2014 at 01:55 AM If we have a quorum of our members which included 3 of our 4 officers present at our meeting (Treasurer was absent) can we make changes to our by-laws and rules? We presently have 12 members and we had 8 present (which included the President, Vice President and Secretary).

For instance, the bylaws will often require previous notice of amendments. If the officers are members, they count toward the quorum like everyone else.
