One Board member (of 5) wishes to add other items as requested by unit owners but has been unsuccessful. At a meeting, when is it appropriate for the member to move to add an agenda item? During New Business? If so, can it be discussed then or must it await the next meeting. In any event, if she did not get a second, is there any way to do so under RRNR? Appreciate your thoughts!
