It happened all officers resigned an walked out of meetingwhat now Get new officers. If your bylaws have their own procedure for filling vacancies, follow that procedure. If they do not, then the membership will need to elect officers. When the next membership meeting happens, any member can call it to order, who will preside over a brief election for a Chairman Pro Tempore, and the assembly will then elect a Secretary Pro Tempore.
