Guest Geoff Posted October 16, 2015 at 03:39 AM Report Share Posted October 16, 2015 at 03:39 AM Hello everyone, Does Robert's Rules deal with how the assembly should deal with a Chairperson that is potentially biased, or showing favour to one side? An issue has arisen whereby I am beginning to question the neutrality of the Chair. Moreover, there is an upcoming vote that could easily be swayed by this person showing that bias (i.e. by letting the opposing side speak more frequently, etc.). Unfortunately, I am probably within the minority while going into the meeting. Are minority rights protected at all against a biased Chair?
