Guest Joe Posted October 26, 2015 at 02:52 PM Report Share Posted October 26, 2015 at 02:52 PM I am on a board of a homeowners association. Some members have been emailing the rest of the board how they intend to vote on an issue at an upcoming meeting. Is this correct or legal for them to express their opinions via email on an issue to other members?
Gödel Fan Posted October 26, 2015 at 02:54 PM Report Share Posted October 26, 2015 at 02:54 PM I see nothing wrong vis a vis RONR, but there may be applicable laws that are relevant.
Curiosulus Posted October 27, 2015 at 12:45 AM Report Share Posted October 27, 2015 at 12:45 AM This is called "politics" and it's a cherished aspect of free speech in a democracy. Certainly RONR would have nothing to do with restricting it.
