Our bylaws have no mention of terminating membership, but Roberts Rules is our parliamentary authority. We have a member who causes issues, screams and yells, slanders other members, etc. The board would like to have her removed with a vote of general membership. The member is question always tells us that no one can get over on her, so this will get ugly. Is there anything we can do to remove her from membership, and what steps do we have to take as she will do everything in her power to destroy the club if we proceed.
