Minutes

I had a meeting last night with one main motion and debate that wound up lasting over three and a half hours (don't ask). My secretary quit last night after the meeting so now I have to create minutes from the video of the meeting (which we luckily recorded).

During the meeting we had three or four calls of the question which failed each time, and one approval of a suspension of debate. Do I need to include each of these specific calls of question (who moved and who second) and the motion to suspend in my minutes or can I just state the main motion and the eventual outcome of that vote?
