Can an old motion be brought back or changed after it has been voted on

A motion was proposed and passed, two weeks later we are seeing potential problems and want to delay the action. Can the motion be recalled, amended, or, overruled?

You can use the motion to Rescind (aka Repeal or Annul) or to Amend Something Previously Adopted; these are considered two forms of the same motion. The same rules apply to both forms. The motion requires a 2/3 vote to pass or a vote of a majority of the entire membership. If you give proper notice of the motion, then a majority vote will be enough. Details are on pages 305 - 310.

There are restrictions to say you cannot Rescind a motion if something has been done as a result of the vote on the motion that is impossible to undo. There are other restrictions that don't seem to apply to the situation you describe.
