So far as RONR is concerned, members have a right to review the minutes, reports of officers and committees (some of which may be in the nature of “financial records,” such as the reports of the Treasurer), and the society’s rules. RONR does not grant members a general right to review the society’s financial records, but your society’s rules or applicable law may provide otherwise.
