Guest Gretchen Posted August 15, 2018 at 03:15 PM Report Share Posted August 15, 2018 at 03:15 PM We have a gaming manual that was approved in 2014. The gaming manual consists of a series of standing rules that are all related to our gaming activities. At our last assembly meeting there was an amendment to a standing rule in the gaming manual that was approved by a majority vote of the assembly. Later in the same meeting the gaming manual was referred to our gaming committee (by a 91% vote) for additional modifications. The modifications could affect the approved amendment to the gaming manual. Is the amendment to the gaming manual in effect currently, or do we have to wait until the gaming committee reports it recommendations back to the assembly before we can decide what changes to the 2014 manual are to be made? Thanks!

Thanks! Based solely upon what you have posted, it seems rather clear that the amendment which was adopted is in full force and effect.
