Guest Brian Posted November 13, 2018 at 02:47 PM Report Share Posted November 13, 2018 at 02:47 PM The Broad I belong to voting in January on a motion (the motion passed and was documented in the minutes), They voted again on the motion in July without reference to the prior vote(the motion did not pass). Is that second vote legal and does it stand or does the first vote still stand?

Edited to add: In order to repeal or amend the previously adopted motion, the motion Amend or Rescind something previously adopted should be used.
