Guest Tracy Posted December 10, 2018 at 04:08 PM Report Share Posted December 10, 2018 at 04:08 PM I belong to a nonprofit fish & game club. The same guy has been president for 13 years. His girlfriend was just voted in as the vice president. According to Roberts Rules is there any rules against this? Conflict of interest? Guest Who's Coming to Dinner Posted December 10, 2018 at 04:17 PM Report Share Posted December 10, 2018 at 04:17 PM No, not under Robert's Rules.
