Guest Ashe Posted February 13, 2019 at 05:33 PM Report Share Posted February 13, 2019 at 05:33 PM At work, one of our committees (which is associated with a legally-binding agreement) has had a change in membership. One of the members moved away and we are trying to make the 'new' member 'official' in the documentation. For example, we have a confidentiality agreement that was signed by all of the original members. Will we have to draw up a whole new confidentiality agreement for everyone (including the new member) to sign? Please advise. Thank you. Guest Ashe, your question is really a legal question which is outside the scope of this forum.
