Is openly Requesting Resignation indecorus?

Yes, I agree that such comments are not in order, unless some relevant motion is pending.

It would not be out of order for a member to move to adopt a motion, calling on some member to resign.

No motion was made.

It was just casual violation of decorum, that was then joined in on by the Chair.
