David Adams Posted February 25, 2020 at 11:43 AM Report Share Posted February 25, 2020 at 11:43 AM Once an individual or group has announced or demonstrated an intent to separate from an organization, do they continue to have the right to bring forth motions to that body? For instance, if someone announces that they are leaving an organization, can they then make a motion to dissolve that organization and dissipate its assets? Could they bring in others who have not been part of the organization for a significant amount of time to support their motion? While this seems unethical, is it allowable?
