Guest CAB Posted June 8, 2020 at 04:33 PM Report Share Posted June 8, 2020 at 04:33 PM I work at a nonprofit with a revolving Board. The Director is the only member (non-voting) who stays consistent. When we have an executive session, who has access to these minutes in following years? Do new Board members gain access? The new Secretary? Or should just the Director alone have access to these files?

Yes, assuming the Secretary is a member of the board. 1 hour ago, Guest CAB said: Or should just the Director alone have access to these files? To be exceedingly clear, that means that those people who are no longer members of the board -- even if they were the ones who attended that particular meeting -- no longer have access to the minutes of the board meetings.
