Committee meetings

Rules for committee meetings? Can committees  hold their meetings away from the organization facilities, in secret, without notice to members, etc.

Unless your bylaws say otherwise, only members of that particular committee have the right to attend its meetings. So, they would be the only ones who have the right to be notified.

Yes, they can meet elsewhere.

They can't be secret without notice to the committee members, of course.  But they don't owe notice to anyone else.
