There are rules about asking questions, which are discussed in RONR (12th ed.) 33:3-10. There are two motions for different types of questions. A Parliamentary Inquiry is a question about parliamentary procedure, and a Request for Information is a question about anything else. There are no limits on how many questions a person may ask.
