It was mismanaged and discovered after the current board (and candidate in run off) pushed to start run off that votes weren't counted. These votes would negate need for run off and have clear winners ( not current board member) we have asked for the run off to be stopped and winners to be announced as this was not our error. Mgmt co says its waiting on board to decide what to do and board says they may not be able to stop it. No where in bylaws states anything about this.
