If the resignation has already been accepted, then the resignation takes effect immediately (unless it provides otherwise) and the individual in question is no longer a board member. As a result, she would not be able to vote on anything. In the event that the resignation provides that it is not effective until a future date, then the individual would remain a board member and could vote on all matters before the board up until the resignation becomes effective, including her own replacement.
