Should Bylaws List the Names of Charter Members at End of Document? Should Amended Versions Add Names?

In newly adopted bylaws, should there be an "Adopted By Charter Members..." page at the end where it lists individual names of the *Board Members* who oversaw its creation?

-If so, why wouldn't the rest of the members of the organization who voted it into existence be included?

--And, if so, each time that amendments are made, is there an additional list added to the bottom of the "Adopted By..." page where the *Board Members* who oversaw the amendment process are listed when the amended document is finalized?

Thank you!

Thank you. Would you agree that in the event that an organization wants to memorialize the "Charter Members" of the document (though not necessary), that the list should include all members at that time, and not just the Board Members?

My own view of it is that the best solution is not to list the names at all so you don't have to deal with these questions.

If the organization disagrees, it is free to list such names as it deems appropriate.
