Guest Stan Posted November 8, 2022 at 10:18 PM Report Share Posted November 8, 2022 at 10:18 PM Hi! Regarding committees, here is the entire substance of our bylaws: "The Board may create various committees to gather information for the Board. Committee members will be appointed by the Board President. A committee will not consist of more than three (3) Board members." We cite the latest version of RONR as our parliamentary authority. Can the president's appointments to committees be appealed?
