No. In one-session meetings such as Board meetings, Reconsider must be moved on the same day as the original vote. [RONR (12th ed.) 37:10(b)]. And it must be moved by someone who voted on the prevailing side. The size of the assembly is not a factor. In committees, the answer would be very different. [See RONR (12th ed.) 37:35], but boards are not committees. In fact even the so-called Executive Committee, if there is one, is not an actual committee.
