Member absent for roll call and discussion but present for vote

Scenario: Two-day meeting in which evidence was presented, with the intent to vote on the termination of a person in an appointed position at the end of the second day. Meeting was recessed at end of first day and reconvened. At end of second day, rather than vote, motion was made and passed to recess again. Five days later, meeting reconvened for the vote. Member X was absent for the first two days, so was not present for roll call. Roll was not called on either day the meeting was reconvened, so the record does not show that Member X was ever present. Can Member X vote? Quorum was met on all days.
