Hostile work environment by a union board member towards a member

There is currently an investigation taking place (by supervision/employer) regarding a union board member creating a hostile work environment for multiple union members. Other than a 2/3 vote from the board, or a vote of the members - what can be done to remove this person from their position? This individual has been accused of public attempts to humiliate, yelling and swearing at co-workers in front of others, consistently verbally attacking/belittling union members (not within union business but during the normal functions of employment), talks about union members to others, tries to ostracize individuals that she doesn't like, and has created an environment during the normal business day to day functions that is incredibly toxic - resulting in some people reporting that they have taken days off work just to avoid her. What can be done to remove her from her position with the union?

Assuming that the investigation to which you refer is being conducted in accordance with your rules regarding disciplinary proceedings, it would appear that what can be done is being done.

I am gathering that your organization has its own rules concerning removal of board members in its bylaws. If so, those are the only methods of removal, and there are no other methods of removal.
