Guest Dr. Jazzmine Nolan-Echols Posted April 25, 2024 at 07:11 PM Report Share Posted April 25, 2024 at 07:11 PM We conducted a meeting that was not adjourned but continued at a later date. Does Robert’s require the members that attended the new session where the adjournment occurred to be counted in the original attendance? Does new attendance have to be taken? RONR does not require that attendance be taken at all. Could you clarify the reason behind your question? Is this simply about recording which members are (and are not) present? Or is your concern related to something else, such as the presence of a quorum?
