Guest eric Posted March 18, 2010 at 12:36 AM Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 at 12:36 AM Yes, I understand one person can be nominated for 2 positions. Our concern is this: We don't think it makes sense to have them run for both positions on 1 ballot because they will only accept one position and this "steals" votes from the others." Guest JDStackpole Posted March 18, 2010 at 12:49 AM Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 at 12:49 AM What "we prefer" is exactly that. Your association is free to make the choice of the voting sequence (officers first, then Board members - or - all at once - or - even one office at a time so, e.g., a presidential loser could run for VP) before"
Guest eric Posted March 18, 2010 at 10:32 PM Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 at 10:32 PM Thank you. We will have multiple ballots starting with officers and the rest from there. This will allow the "losers" to run for other positions."
