If you augment the committee via amending the bylaws (the only way) you will need to run another election.

Consider: perhaps that fifth person lost for a very good set or reasons.

I suppose the committee could invite additional people"

Thanks for the reply. That was my assumption anyway. But what authority within the Rules (if any) can I cite to my executive board, which is meeting to discuss the procedure for addressing the member's motion for the addition of the fifth person? I ask be"

The person is suggesting that you ignore, or suspend, or "just make a one-time exception" to the bylaws.

Pfui.

How about p. 14: "The bylaws, by their nature, necessarily contain whatever limitations are placed on the powe"
