It is my understanding, OR what WE always do with a resolution is: Once the resolution is announced on the floor, NO MORE DISCUSSION on the resolution can be made until it is layed over for 30 days, after all"

You don't know that. And yes, I know what RONR says about that on pg. 92, line 34 - pg. 93, line 3, but I think a statement which uses language like "most orga"
