I forgot to add on the first documented count, the candidate had lost the election by 2 votes. Then in the following recounts, the other guy won by 1. Then to have the voting logs off by 3 votes, it gives the appearance of possible fraud."

If ALL the ballots and ALL the supporting documents (e.g. logs) have been SECURELY preserved, go ahead and ask for a recount. If enough members agree with you, you can count the votes again. And again.

With the division in our union, and the exact number of votes needed to with and the log descrep. another vote seems almost needed. We do the checks n balances in the voting to prevent this very thing. I'm just trying to get opinions."

The facts provided do not, in themselves, indicate that illegal voters cast illegal votes. In my opinion, the result of the vote announced by the presiding officer stands. "
