You vote again (and again) for the same nominees. Maybe the vote will change. Maybe someone will withdraw. Maybe some of the voters will go home. Maybe enough people will write in the name of a "dark horse".

No, but keep in mind that write-in votes for eligible persons who have not been nominated are also permitted, unless the bylaws specifically prohibit them.
