If the election was held and a winner was announced, I believe it is too late to do anything about the oversight (other than perhaps disciplining whoever was responsible for the goof... if that seems warranted). If people were paying attention at the time"

As Trina correctly notes, there are only 5 instances when an untimely point of order can be made.

Unless you have something to share that you haven't shared....a misprinted ballot doesn't fall under any of those 5 exceptions."

What do your bylaws say about elections? Because the one you had WAS an election, despite the problem with the ballot.
