Definitely easier for you to say than do - the nominating committee has been through the membership ... twice!

As for vacancies, the constitution states "Other vacancies on the Board should be filled by Deputies or appointed by the President"

An incomplete election does not (usually) create the kind of mid-term vacancies that can be filled by appointment so, unless your rules provide for current board members to remain in office past the end of their term "until their successors are elect"

Twelve - if only we had that many positions filled! We did actually proceed with the election and managed to scrape together 10 out of the 14 positions.
