You needn't, and shouldn't, "challenge" the minutes as they are but a record of what happened, proper or improper.

However if you think there ha been a "continuing breach" (see RONR, p. 244) of the rules or your constitution, "

Thank you for the quick reply.

I have suggested the correction to the minutes but the Chair is not accepting the change on the grounds that I was not in attendance. Is this correct procedure?
