Well, you can't rescind a motion whose action has been completed.

So a motion to terminate the services of the property manager can't be rescinded once the services of the property manager has been terminated.

Rescinding has a higher vote threshhold than passing the motion in the first place (although you may already be aware of this) - majority vote with notice OR 2/3 vote without notice OR majority vote of the entire membership."
